Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible:

How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email support@dellparts.in with your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos or a short video showing the issue.
- Wait for our approval before shipping any item back.

Return & Exchange Scenarios
1. If it’s our fault (Free Pickup)
If you received a wrong, defective, or non-functional product:
- We will arrange a free pickup through our courier partner.
- You may choose a replacement or exchange.
- If a replacement or resolution is not possible, we will issue a refund.
2. If it’s the buyer’s mistake (Change of Mind / Wrong Product Ordered)
If the return is due to:
- Ordering the wrong part/model, or
- Changing your mind,
then:
- Only an exchange is available (no refund).
- The buyer bears the return shipping cost.
- You may arrange your own courier, or we can help schedule pickup (charges deducted from your balance).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement will be shipped.

Exchanges
To request an exchange:
- Contact us at support@dellparts.in to obtain approval first.
- Once approved, we may:
- Approve a new order/replacement, or
- Ship the correct item after pickup of the incorrect one.
- Do not send any item without authorization.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will confirm exchange completion.

Refunds
We do not have a “no-questions-asked” refund policy. Refunds are only issued in the following limited circumstances:
- When the product is defective or non-functional, and
- The issue cannot be resolved by replacement, exchange, or any other corrective action.
All refunds are subject to inspection and approval.
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
